Unizone 400-500 Series


This type of ozone generators’ enclosure is made of powder coated mild steel. All of these type models are fully automatic tuning for constant ozone output and simplicity in installation.
The generators are allowing easy inspection and, if required, convenient access for maintenance. On the back side, connectors for oxygen, ozone, cooling water and all electrical connectors are located.The generator can be start and stop and start-up automatically when used together with an external ozone switch.
The generator comes with both digital inputs and outputs connectors allow users a variety of control. The generator can be connected to an external computer through Modbus network’s connector. Some models are equipped with an HMI, and enable to show all the parameters and control the whole system.
The ozone generator starts smoothly without drawing heavy surge currents from the power line, and the output can be adjusted easily from 5 to 100% of production.
The control circuitry provides complete protection against excess voltages and currents within the inverter.
Noise Immunity-The high inherent noise immunity characteristics of the solid-state circuitry used in the inverter, virtually eliminate the possibility of erratic power supply operation initiated by spurious noise interference.
